About our Coaching Courses
Advanced coaching courses for coaches already in practice. Continuing professional development, credential support and specialist pathways, all delivered online across the UK.
These programmes assume you already coach. If you are starting out, the coaching courses collection covers the route from a one-day introduction through to the full ICF and EMCC accredited qualification.
Support toward and beyond accreditation
Two programmes for coaches building a credential or maintaining one. Both give you structured feedback on real coaching sessions rather than more theory.
Extend your coaching practice
Five programmes for coaches who want depth in a particular kind of work. Each stands alone and is taken in any order, so you build specialist capability without committing to another full qualification.
Who these courses are for
- Coaches working toward an ICF credential at ACC, PCC or MCC level
- Accredited coaches who need CCE units or supervision hours for renewal
- Practitioner-level coaches wanting depth in a specific kind of client work
- Accredited coaches moving from one-to-one coaching into team coaching
- Internal coaches and coaching leads building specialist capability inside an organisation
Entry requirements vary. Coaching supervision is open to coaches at every level. The four specialist pathways assume practitioner-level training. Transformational Team Coaching is for accredited coaches only. Each course page states what is expected.
Read the coaching qualifications guide for how the ICF and EMCC routes work, or book a call and talk it through with the team.
Frequently asked questions
- What counts as an advanced coaching course?
- Anything that builds on an existing coaching qualification rather than teaching core skills from scratch. That covers credential support through mentor coaching and supervision, and specialist pathways in team coaching, career transition, wellbeing, transformational coaching and coaching senior leaders.
- Do these courses count toward CPD or CCE units?
- Coaching supervision carries ICF Continuing Coach Education units and is recognised by the EMCC. Mentor coaching provides the ten hours the ICF requires for ACC, PCC and MCC applications. The specialist pathways count as continuing professional development for both bodies.
- Do I need to be accredited to book?
- Not for most of them. Coaching supervision is open to coaches at any stage. The four specialist pathways assume practitioner-level training but not formal accreditation. Transformational Team Coaching is the exception and requires an accredited coach.
- Can I take the specialist pathways in any order?
- Yes. Each two-day pathway is standalone with no prerequisite beyond practitioner-level training. Take one, or work through several as your practice develops.
- Are the advanced coaching courses delivered online?
- Yes. All run as live online sessions to UK times. Transformational Team Coaching combines live online work with an in-person intensive. Nothing is pre-recorded.
