Executive coaching is a structured, one-to-one development process focused on performance, leadership effectiveness, and personal growth at a senior level. It differs from general coaching in its context, its complexity, and the expectations placed on the coach.

  • Hold the space for senior leaders to think clearly under pressure
  • Maintain professional boundaries while building genuine trust

These are skills that develop through structured training, supervised practice, and reflection. They are not acquired through experience alone.

Supervised practice and personalised feedback that ICF credentialing requires. Combined with the Coach Practitioner programme, it provides a direct route to ICF accreditation.

Transformational Team Coaching
